I’m Bob, the guy behind JLAB Industries, a Woodbury-owned small business.
After getting into app-based delivery, I discovered I genuinely enjoy the work — the driving, shopping, meeting people, solving problems, and especially the missions and side quests.
My approach is simple: if I’m spending your money, I shop like it’s my money. I check produce, dates and packaging, communicate about substitutions, and take the extra minute to get it right.
JLAB takes that personal approach beyond the limits of the big delivery apps. Need a store pickup, Marketplace purchase, courier run, personal shopping, or an unusual local mission? Ask me.
